A few conflicts cleared up and I was able to attend the Hamilton Beer Festival, more specifically to shoot In My Coma, a great GTA band.
I was able to capture some video as well, but I'm obviously much stronger at stills than video. You be the judge:

Got the chance to see Finger Eleven at the TD Festival of Friends. Not my first time seeing them, but first time shooting.

I went to Because Beer (http://www.becausebeer.ca/) with some friends - as DD. Since I wasn't going to be sampling, and I'm not big on beer, I figured I would shoot.
When we arrived, security checked my bag to make sure I wasn't trying to sneak in any contraband - nope, just gear.
They seemed to have a great turnout, and quite a few food trucks. I actually found a few beers I would have tried, but alas. Security was kicking out people who sampled with the wrong wristband on.
Great event, and I hope they do it next year. Maybe I'll even drink.
